For Canvas Calculator feedback, privacy questions, or deletion requests, email support@weibibabu.com. You can also start a draft from Settings → Feedback in the app.
02Describe the issue
Include the app version, Android version, device model, steps to reproduce the issue, and the expected result. Share calculation examples or screenshots only if you are comfortable disclosing them.
03Review the email draft
In-app feedback includes device information, selected images, and available local diagnostic logs. Review the message and attachments in your email application before sending. Remove anything you do not want to share.
04Data deletion
For deletion of support records held by us, use the subject “Canvas Calculator data deletion” and identify your earlier correspondence. Local canvases and settings can be removed directly on the device. See the privacy policy for details.
05Purchase help
Restore Pro from the Pro page using the Google account that made the purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play; uninstalling or clearing data does not cancel them. See the purchase, subscription, and refund terms. For purchase support, describe the issue without sending payment-card details or purchase tokens.
